History Lesson: The CEO class spent Wednesday morning at the Project XV Museum in El Paso. Project Manager Brandi Montalbano led the tour, which focuses on the history of voting rights in America. One of the wings o the Museum highlights the life and times of David Strother, who was the first African American to vote in the state of Illinois.
